The group’s companies have an Ombudsman channel, Canal Direto, that analyze and forward doubts, suggestions, criticisms and complaints, guaranteeing respect and confidentiality for employees, customers, suppliers and the general public. The service is provided by a third party company, specialized in the subject, which guarantees autonomy, confidentiality and anonymity.
